- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They were brought in to take my ex-husband's name off a commercial property title. What was a small complication, turned into a fiasco and I ended up terminating their services. Instead of contacting the Recorder of Deeds to ask about filing a mortgage satisfaction (which I ended up having to do), they made me jump through hoops. I wasted time using them and wish I hadn't.
